Waterproof DS18B20 Temperature Sensor – 2″ (50mm) Probe

Digital one wire sensor compatible with temperature controllers such as CraftBeerPi. It is not compatible with RTD/NTC sensor controllers such as STC-1000.

The cable is made from food grade silicone rather than PVC that is commonly used. This is to ensure that the cable is safe to be in contact with your wort.

These waterproof sensors are ideal if you do not want to cut a hole in the side of your pot to permanently mount a sensor or thermowell.
